THE SMALL PRINT, IN PLAIN WORDS

Your privacy
in the workshop.

Updated October 19, 2026. This notice describes information collected by the Tile Tales website. Contact: ilya@alldiamondtools.com.

When you join the list

We store your email, optional audience category, signup time, consent notice version, and the referring channel and campaign. We use this information to maintain your subscription and prepare future DIY and product launch updates. Automated email delivery is not active yet. We do not sell your email.

When you register professional or trade interest

We store your email, interest category, message, referring channel, and submission time to respond to your request. This does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm any product, trial, or commercial agreement.

Optional visit and click measurement

If you allow analytics, we record page visits, tool and guide clicks, social channel clicks, and successful signup interactions. Records include a random visit identifier, channel, campaign, time, and audience category where selected. They do not contain your email. A preference in your browser remembers your choice. Declining does not prevent browsing or subscribing. Change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the homepage footer.

Security and service providers

The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure to serve pages and store records. Request processing uses an hourly hash of the network address for rate limiting; the application does not store the raw address in its database. Hosting providers may process request logs for service operation. We do not load embedded social video players; social links take you to the external service and its privacy policy.

Keeping and removing information

We keep subscription information until you ask to leave or we no longer need it. Trade and trial inquiries are kept while relevant to the conversation. Optional analytics should be reviewed and cleared after 90 days; these records are not automatically deleted in this first version. Hourly rate-limit records are removed during subsequent API activity after expiry.

Your choices

Email ilya@alldiamondtools.com to withdraw subscription consent, request access or corrections, or ask us to delete your details. Please use the address associated with your request so the team can verify it. Future marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option before sending begins.

Audience and external content

Our DIY resources, subscriptions, and trade forms are intended for adults. Character artwork and AI-generated stories are entertainment, not validated product demonstrations. Visible third-party marks in supplied artwork do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Changes

As the tool range and email services develop, we will update this notice to reflect changes in how this site operates.
